Service Technician

Skilled HVAC technician with diverse residential and light commercial service experience — Must be comfortable communicating and educating clients about comfort solutions and professional recommendations, while demonstrating the positive values promoted by Absolute Air.

$100K – $200K annual earning potential, up to $5000 sign-on bonus, plus an additional $4000 to cover relocation expenses.

Installation Technician

Skilled HVAC installer with experience installing a variety of residential and light commercial equipment — Must be comfortable communicating with clients, mentoring apprentices, and practicing the positive values promoted by Absolute Air.
$100K+ annual earning potential, up to $5000 sign-on bonus, plus an additional $4000 to cover relocation expenses.

Marketing Coordinator

Candidates must have experience collecting and analyzing market data, creating graphics and content for digital and print media, developing and coordinating campaigns, working with vendors and other tasks related to the company’s marketing goals.

Compensation based on experience, $42,000 – $72,000/year.

AbsolutePro Compensation

Performance Pay: In addition to your standard pay, performance bonuses are awarded for your job efficiency, quality of work, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Commission Opportunities: Every team member receives training on HVAC solutions that reduce energy costs, extend equipment life, improve air quality and safety, etc. After completing your training, you’ll be eligible for additional compensation by providing better HVAC solutions for our clients.

Up to $2000 sign-on bonus for experienced technicians!
