Free Comfort Evaluation – What to Expect:

1. When you schedule a free estimate, one of our Comfort Advisors will review our Comfort Survey with you to assess your needs and wants. This helps ensure that the system we recommend will not only keep you comfortable but will also factor in how long you plan to own your home, energy savings, health concerns, financing options, and ultimately what equipment will provide you with the best value for your dollar.
   
2. Our Comfort Advisor will complete an Engineering Analysis to ensure the new equipment is the right for your home or business. This includes gathering information about the home for accurate sizing of the heating and/or cooling equipment, inspecting ductwork, and obtaining information about your existing equipment. Sizing the equipment properly ensures maximum energy savings and long equipment life.
