When our air conditioner failed during the hottest part of the summer, we contacted several HVAC companies in the area. Absolute Heating & Air stood out immediately.

Brandon was the most prompt, thorough, and professional service manager we worked with. He quickly diagnosed the problem, took the time to explain everything clearly, and presented several replacement options without any pressure. We felt informed and confident throughout the entire process.

The installation team was equally outstanding. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and the installation went seamlessly. They treated our home with respect, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.

Our new system has been performing flawlessly, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Their pricing was also very competitive compared with the other quotes we received.

Our AC died, of course, at the beginning of a series of 95 degree days. The Absolute Air crew replaced our entire ancient AC and heat system the day after their guy came out to look at what was wrong. They also hooked up a return duct which another AC outfit hadn't even wanted to touch. It was in a difficult location and took some finesse and custom work to get it connected.
We got an estimate from another outfit for the same work (minus the return duct) which was significantly more expensive. Given their "Best of Morgantown" win for 2021, I had honestly expected them to be good, but expensive. Not so. You can expect professional, even creative work from these folks for a reasonable price. Very highly recommended!

I really like the fact that they took pictures of all of our home systems so they know exactly what we have if/when they come back. They also take pictures of the issues so you have the facts about what is causing the problems. It was very refreshing to get that information in that manner.
