The best AC company in town. I tried using other companies once and they charged me without diagnosising or fixing my issue. When I brought up my issue to the Absolute Air tech he laughed and told me the fix. I already fixed it myself after the other company but it was refreshing hearing that I did the right thing and that absolute air could diagnose it with just an explanation of the issue. Michael S. Is a very skilled and knowledgeable HVAC professional. He took our concerns seriously; was kind and empathetic in regards to our low humidity levels (in winter) in our home. We were told Absolute guarantees customer satisfaction and took our concerns to the company and they made it right! In this case our humidifier was just not adequate for our home; they removed the humidifier and refunded us the full amount; an amazing thing in this day and age. Thank you Michael and Absolute!
