Our AC died, of course, at the beginning of a series of 95 degree days. The Absolute Air crew replaced our entire ancient AC and heat system the day after their guy came out to look at what was wrong. They also hooked up a return duct which another AC outfit hadn't even wanted to touch. It was in a difficult location and took some finesse and custom work to get it connected. We got an estimate from another outfit for the same work (minus the return duct) which was significantly more expensive. Given their "Best of Morgantown" win for 2021, I had honestly expected them to be good, but expensive. Not so. You can expect professional, even creative work from these folks for a reasonable price. Very highly recommended!

In 48 hrs-start to finish-I received superb evaluation and possible repair/replacement, costs and benefits. Elected new equipment and it was installed and operating perfectly within the same 48 hrs! Came out and fixed our a.c for us! Was a bad capacitor. Is back to working great! Also did a tune up and cleaned it for us for a respectable price with a 1 year warranty! Absolute heating and air did a wonderful job! They came within 24 hours when I called and fixed our furnace in two days due to parts not being available. They were very nice and polite and explained what was wrong and gave us three different options of what we could do to fix it. I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely call them again if I need HVAC repair or service.

I feel they do the best possible. Bradley was extremely professional. He communicated every step that he was doing or that needed to be done. I've used Absolute for years. The first time I used them they corrected a problem that several other companies had not been able to find. I always recommend them.

Great experience. Old HVAC went out while out of town. They worked with me to facilitate temporary fix, and I ended up deciding to replace the whole system. They worked under a quick timeline and everything was seamless and followed up with me to ensure everything was to my expectations. Market priced, great service.

Great service, very timely matter. A little expensive I thought $408.00 for a igniter thats sells at Grainger for $35.00 and takes 1 screw to remove. I was expecting more around the $250.00 mark but its 2026 right.

Paul and his team replaced my entire HVAC while I was on vacation and they did an excellent job. Paul made sure my system was up and running and when we returned home we couldn’t even tell they were in my home because it was just as we left it. The system was working efficiently and there was no clean up for us. I would give Absolute Air an A+ for their system and installation. I would also like to give a shout out to Todd who explained the options available and what option would be best for my home.

We were looking for a specific heating system for a remodeled house - a hyper heat Mitsubishi mini split system. Absolute was the only company to actually show up and quote us what we wanted, albeit a little pricy, it is staying warm during this awful January cold spell. Came out same day called for service on Thanksgiving eve. Came back out on Thanksgiving Day and got the heat on. Returned the following week with parts to make final repair. If you're heating with oil Brad C. is your guy to call on at Absolute HVAC.

Michael came out to our home due to having problems with our furnace which is only 3 years old having possible carbon monoxide coming out vents even know we have carbon monoxide detectors through out our house Michael came in asked us what we knew and what was going on he went onto explain to us what he needed to do and after a short time he stopped to explain what he was finding and that he needed to go up and check the chimney on roof to ser if sees anything he came down explained but he was determined to figure out what was going on he stated ro us that he was not going to tell us anything that he was not 100 percent on he explained that he needed to pursue more detailed into looking at what could be the issue due to what he had been doing was not finding any problems with the furnace but what he needed to do would unfortunately cost more for him to go any further and gave us the option to continue or stop with what we had seen from Michael professional of he was determined to get to the bottom we choose for him to continue he then explained to us what he had to do and explained to us of what he was seeing which was not what we thought it was and he continued to search for what he thought it could be in which Michael then proceeded to explain to us that he was going to have to consult with his manager and discuss his findings to see if that is the proper route to take in fixing the problem . We want to thank Michael for taking the time out to explain to us what he was doing and what he was finding at each step of his process because we are first time home owners and wanted to be included in what was going on rather then being told or him guessing what could be wrong or just saying let's try this or that he was determined to pin point the problem and to besure of what he was telling was was accurate not a guess or i think we thank absolute for sending us a person who shows they care about the customer and that they care thanks Michael for being honest and supportive in our time of needing help

Needed to replace a whole home humidifier for our HVAC. They came out to give us a quote on a Wednesday, scheduled us for Friday of that same week, but due to some delays had to reschedule for the following Monday. They came out on Monday and were done in about 30-40 minutes. Super quick and efficient! Garrett and Garrett did a terrific job!
