They came for a duct cleaning and then recommended that we upgrade and boost our filtering capacity because we have so many pets. AZ and Tristan were professional, kind, and did a fantastic job! DeAndre was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He listened patiently to our explanation of the history and known nature of the problems with our baseboard heating system and produced a set of very helpful and appropriate recommendations and estimates. He explained everything carefully and fully and answered our questions. I would recommend him very highly indeed. Based on the time he spent with us today, I would trust his work and would feel comfortable entrusting to him management of the job of finding hidden leaks and repairing our baseboard system. The best AC company in town. I tried using other companies once and they charged me without diagnosising or fixing my issue. When I brought up my issue to the Absolute Air tech he laughed and told me the fix. I already fixed it myself after the other company but it was refreshing hearing that I did the right thing and that absolute air could diagnose it with just an explanation of the issue. Will continue to use them as my main AC repair company!!

Michael S. Is a very skilled and knowledgeable HVAC professional. He took our concerns seriously; was kind and empathetic in regards to our low humidity levels (in winter) in our home. We were told Absolute guarantees customer satisfaction and took our concerns to the company and they made it right! In this case our humidifier was just not adequate for our home; they removed the humidifier and refunded us the full amount; an amazing thing in this day and age. Thank you Michael and Absolute!
