I had called for a Maintenance check on my Air Conditioner. Michael S. Showed up promptly and I was notified and updated prior to his immediate arrival time. Michael S. handled the call in a prompt and professional manner and provided the services to my air conditioner that were needed. He made me feel very comfortable about the additional services that he recommended and he was very personable. I definitely would recommend Absolute Air.

Our AC died, of course, at the beginning of a series of 95 degree days. The Absolute Air crew replaced our entire ancient AC and heat system the day after their guy came out to look at what was wrong. They also hooked up a return duct which another AC outfit hadn't even wanted to touch. It was in a difficult location and took some finesse and custom work to get it connected.
We got an estimate from another outfit for the same work (minus the return duct) which was significantly more expensive. Given their "Best of Morgantown" win for 2021, I had honestly expected them to be good, but expensive. Not so. You can expect professional, even creative work from these folks for a reasonable price. Very highly recommended!

Trey came to check our system out because we pay a small monthly fee for them to come periodically just to check the unit. Paid nothing today.

Wonderful service! I was really frustrated over my AC not working in the middle of summer. 80s in a 2 story home is not fun! The humidity was awful and not to mention, it was hard to keep air circulating at all times. My unit was due for a total overhaul and I didn’t even know it. The lessons you learn as a homeowner, am I right?

Brandon was very easy talk to about my HVAC options and improvements. I even was able to borrow 2 portable AC units until I was able to start the project. The installation team, Remington and Azriel, were both professional and easy going. In just 2 days, the installation was complete! They were friendly with my family and dog as well. Lastly, the ladies at the office were helpful with the arrangement of appointments and facilitation of payments. I highly recommend this company for their candid conversation, approachability, and customer service!
