Trey documented everything with pictures, and was friendly and professional. One of the best technicians we have had from Absolute Air.
Our AC died, of course, at the beginning of a series of 95 degree days. The Absolute Air crew replaced our entire ancient AC and heat system the day after their guy came out to look at what was wrong. They also hooked up a return duct which another AC outfit hadn't even wanted to touch. It was in a difficult location and took some finesse and custom work to get it connected.
We got an estimate from another outfit for the same work (minus the return duct) which was significantly more expensive. Given their "Best of Morgantown" win for 2021, I had honestly expected them to be good, but expensive. Not so. You can expect professional, even creative work from these folks for a reasonable price. Very highly recommended!

Wonderful service! I was really frustrated over my AC not working in the middle of summer. 80s in a 2 story home is not fun!
