DeAndre was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He listened patiently to our explanation of the history and known nature of the problems with our baseboard heating system and produced a set of very helpful and appropriate recommendations and estimates. He explained everything carefully and fully and answered our questions. I would recommend him very highly indeed. The best AC company in town. I tried using other companies once and they charged me without diagnosising or fixing my issue. When I brought up my issue to the Absolute Air tech he laughed and told me the fix. I already fixed it myself after the other company but it was refreshing hearing that I did the right thing and that absolute air could diagnose it with just an explanation of the issue. Will continue to use them as my main AC repair company!!

Michael S. Is a very skilled and knowledgeable HVAC professional. He took our concerns seriously; was kind and empathetic in regards to our low humidity levels (in winter) in our home. We were told Absolute guarantees customer satisfaction and took our concerns to the company and they made it right!
